Directors:

Job Requirements:
• Members of the Board shall have a minimum of one (1) year’s continuous sobriety or be a member of AlAnon (or other 12-step group as described herein) for a minimum of one (1) year.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Term Limit two (2) years

Associate Members:

Job Requirements:
• Members of the Board shall have a minimum of one (1) year’s continuous sobriety or be a member of
Al-Anon (or other 12-step group as described herein) for a minimum of one (1) year.

Duties and responsibilities:
• There shall be up to three (3) non-voting Associate Board Members.
• “Special Order” listed on board agenda is specific for open discussion for Associate Board Members.
• Associate Board Members position is a training position for future Director role.
• Term Limit one (1) year
